Whats unique about us? Well, for starters, our rental office is located right on the first floor of the building! If you need anything, we are right here! Is there something we can do to help you with your move? Do you need a leaky faucet fixed? It’s all done right here!
Step One: e-Mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. It’s good for us to use emails so we can keep track of any issues you may have. On basic apartment service issues (changing filters, leaky faucets, etc.) we can generally fix your problem within 24-48 hours.
General Apartment Rental Questions? To speak to a human being, please call our office Tues – Sat 11am-6pm at (804)643-7125. Ask for Mr. Williams (Property Manager.) or Mr. Kelley (Building Superintendent)
Keep in mind, if a minor problem occurs on Saturday after 6pm (when our office is closed) we would then have up two day business days after we reopen on Tuesday to schedule a service call to take care of the problem. Please understand that we will do our best to take care of all issues quickly and in an efficient manner but we are closed Sundays and Mondays. However, we are here on Saturdays and that can be helpful if we can schedule a service call.
